AMZ continually improves its production processes

through modernization and extending its stock of machines, as well as implementing innovative
technological solutions. Our company continually strives to improve the quality of products manufactured,
in order to achieve the highest level of clients' satisfaction.

Natural raw materials, feathers, a mix of feathers and down as well as down, which are used as filling in AMZ's products, pre-treated in the following way:

•   pre-cleaning,
•   dedusting and mechanical sorting,
•   washing, with the addition of ecological antiallergic,
        degreasing and antistatic substances,
•   drying at the temperature min. 100,00 °C,
•   repeated dedusting,
•   final sorting.

The raw material prepared in this way is characterized by purity and high elasticity and can be used for filling the products.

The raw materials used by AMZ DREAM for the production of synthetic products need to hold the certificate which proves their properties. In the production of antiallergic products we use:

•   silicone polyester granulate,
•   highly elastic polyester nonwoven fabric,
•   highly fluffy silicone polyester nonwoven fabric,
•   nonwoven fabric with air channels,
•   sheep wool.

These raw materials are characterized by high elasticity, fluffiness and ability to adapt to the body shape.
